Fitness for All
The group fitness programs at our Hanover gym are designed for people looking to push themselves and become part of an amazing community of people. Our classes involve a mix of strength training, mobility, conditioning & resistance workouts to ensure that all aspects of your health are being accounted for. At our Hanover gym, group fitness members receive individualized resistance training programs, updated monthly, and unlimited class sessions within the month.
Classes are capped at 10 participants and each session lasts exactly 1 hour. Both morning and evening group fitness classes at our Hanover gym are available to accommodate all work schedules.
